FR wires & cables are used in a wide range of electrical applications like emergency systems, standby power supplies, and elevators in subway substations, airports, public locations, hotels, and hospitals. BE is the first accredited company in KSA by BASIC and LPCB for Fire Resistant wires and cables. All tests of FR wires and cables are carried out by IEC 60502-1, BS 7846, BS 7211, and BS 6387 CAT CWZ in its laboratories accredited by A2LA ISO/IEC 17025:2005. Specification: Electrical low voltage cables complying with IEC 60502-1 BS 7846. Our products are tested at internationally reputable labs, LPCB, BASEC & BSI. All cables are Flame Retardant to IEC 60332-3.24 Category C Flame Propagation Test, Oil resistance, and Sunlight & UV Resistant. Fire-resistant test as per BS 6387 (CWZ) 950 °C for 3 hours. Conductor: High conductivity soft annealed copper according to BS EN 60228, Class 1, Class 2 stranded, and Class 5 flexible conductor wrapped with mica tapes. The conductor can be offered with round, round compacted, and sectored shapes. Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with a maximum service temperature of 90ºC. Armoring (upon request): Aluminum Wire Armored “AWA” for single-core cable. Galvanized steel wire “SWA” for multi-core cable.
